An Essential Guide to the Field of Cognitive Psychology

This is a good general resource on the broad topic of cognitive psychology. It reads more like a textbook than a handbook as the title avers. I use this book to recall the various topics subsumed by the field of cognitive science. Each chapter is thorough enough to grasp the essential considerations, and the references, albeit aging as I speak, will direct a reasonable search of current literature. I am happy to own this book as part of my academic library.
