About the Author
International Self Improvement guru Lilou, a.k.a. 'Big L', believes that we can create anything we want using the power of our thoughts (as revealed in The Secret). Drawn to the USA from France, she used the Law of Attraction to co-found the '100-Day Reality Challenge' community, build a following of thousands of YouTubers (Youtube username: liloumace), and meet Oprah Winfrey, someone she greatly admires. Lilou's mission and vision is to help millions of people to live a joyful and fulfilled life. Lilou was born in Santa Barbara, California, in August 1977, of French parents. She grew up in Nantes, France, and, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and ESC La Rochelle (France) with a BA in European Business Studies, returned to the United States, where she lived from November 2000 to July 2008. She now lives in London. Lilou Mace is a co-founder of the '100-Day Reality Challenge', a global community experiencing the magic and power of the Law of Attraction 100 days at a time. From November 2001 until July 2008 Lilou lived in Chicago and produced/hosted a local TV show called 'Live a Juicy Life', a show sparked by meeting Oprah Winfrey in November 2006. Truthful Guidance from a Friend

Unlike most people, I have had the pleasure of meeting Lilou in person, which is one of the reasons I bought the book. She is just as sincere in the pages of this tome as she is in real life. I live in Chicago and met her while she was hosting a show called, "Your Juicy Life". This book is perfect for any who is experiencing job loss or who maybe going through a mid-life crisis of sorts. It is so easy in this day and age to become cynical and negative about the future, but Lilou offers a refreshing enthusiastic perspective for approaching todays challenges. What appeals most to me is her ability to literally open herself up entirely. In this book, you get to live every moment of despair, hope, fear, joy, self-doubt, revelation, and triumph that she experiences on her journey. Even if you are someone who doesn't put to much stock in the Law of Attraction or the book, "The Secret", you will seriously consider changing your approach to life and its problems after reading this book. Lilou Mace is like a friend that not only empathises with your situation but who gets you all fired up and excited about your life and your dreams.
